GENERAL
All Osami apparel from our debut collection is produced overseas in Pakistan. Our hats and other small accessories are made in Asia.
A core principal of Osami is small batch production. We keep all our product runs limited and will close our site once all items are sold out.
We do not restock ANY items unless they are heavily requested by our community. Once we release something, we will almost never bring it back exactly the way it was originally released.

ORDERS
All Osami orders must be placed together. We cannot combine multiple orders after they have been processed individually.
All Osami items are in men’s sizing unless otherwise noted. We have sizing charts on each individual product page, so please refer to those when determining what size to purchase.
When possible, we will do our best to alter an order that you have placed but we cannot promise this as it is dependent upon timing.

All Osami pieces are preshrunk. Our pieces are a blend of both yarn dyed and garment dyed processes – these pieces may bleed during the first couple of washes. We recommend washing your items alone for the first 2-3 washes and like normal after that.

Osami Support is available Monday through Saturday, 10AM-6PM PST. Responses to all messages can be expected within 48 business hours but this may be delayed during busy periods.

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund of the order value.

We accept all major Credit Cards, PayPal, Shopify Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Other reliable local payment methods may also be offered at checkout upon selecting your desired shipping country.
SHIPPING
All US orders are shipped via UPS and all International orders are shipped via DHL.
Yes. We ship worldwide to over 250 countries.
All shipments to countries outside of the United States may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties and customs. In the case that your local customs authority imposes such fees, you will be solely liable.
These import duties and customs are not collected upon checkout on our site but will be paid by you, the customer, upon receipt of goods.

For all US standard domestic shipments, you can typically expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days. For international orders, you can expect 7-15 business days.

In an effort to reduce our footprint and shipping costs, all items in your order will be shipped in one package.
In the case of a pre-order drop, any Osami pieces available for instant dispatch will be shipped immediately while pre-order items will ship once available.

Depending on your shipping address and where you live in the world, some regions have faster shipping and processing times than others. Canada, US, and Mexico will typically get their packages sooner than all other territories.
RETURNS
