Our standard

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the W3C's Web Accessibility Initiative. These guidelines cover how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

Where we are

This site was rebuilt in 2026 with accessibility considered as part of the design, including keyboard navigation, colour contrast, alternative text on images, and captions on video content.

We haven't yet completed a full independent audit, and we won't claim conformance we haven't verified. Some content may fall short of the standard — particularly older editorial and third-party tools we don't control. Where that's the case, it's usually because we haven't found the right solution yet rather than because we've decided not to. We'd rather tell you that plainly than overstate where we are.

Third-party content

Parts of this site rely on services we don't build, including our checkout, payment processing, and embedded video. We choose partners who take accessibility seriously, but we can't guarantee the accessibility of content we don't control.

Tell us when something doesn't work

If you find something on this site you can't access, we want to know. Email support@osamiofficial.com with the page and what went wrong, and we'll respond within five business days with either a fix or an honest timeline.
