Everything ships from Los Angeles.

United States

Standard — $5, or free over $200. Arrives in 5–8 business days.
UPS Next Day Air — calculated at checkout. Arrives the next business day.

Canada and worldwide

Shipped with DHL. Rates are calculated at checkout by destination and weight, free over $200. Most orders arrive within 5–15 business days, depending on where you are and how quickly customs moves.

Duties and taxes are already paid

Import duties and taxes are included in what you pay at checkout. Nothing is owed on delivery — no courier invoice, no parcel held at the border.

Processing

Orders leave us within 2–3 business days. During a drop, expect 4–6. Everything is packed by hand from a small studio, and we would rather do it properly than fast.

Next Day Air covers transit only. Processing times still apply, and the clock starts the day your parcel leaves us.

Tracking

A confirmation email with tracking arrives the moment your order ships.

Pakistan

Our pieces are carried in person at CULT in Karachi — the only place in Pakistan you'll find them on a rail. If you're in Pakistan and would rather order from us directly, write to support@osamiofficial.com and we'll take care of it.

Somewhere we don't reach

We ship to most of the world, though not all of it. If your country isn't at checkout, email support@osamiofficial.com and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get a parcel to you.
